DREAMING GODDESS SOFT SCULPTURE DOLL

This doll is approximately 32 inches in length and made with a high quality satin-like fabric. She is a representation of a figure found on the island of Minoan Crete in an underground temple at the Hypogeum (underground chamber) which was the final resting place for some 7000 people over the course of a millennium (3600 and 2500 BC).

The "Dreaming Goddess" may be interpreted as a trance-channeling priestess who ventures deeply into the darkness for divine inspiration. She is an oracle, dreaming visions of wholeness for one' s personal healing, the benefit of the community and Mother Earth.
